i can go to 80+ but it makes noises now and then and gets offcentered

well i bought a 3d card with the $100 my grandma gave me ... she wanted me to buy games with it     Verto GeForce4 420   64meg  cost me a total of $93  it said $49 on the tag so i grabbed bf1942 and it came to $137   they charged me $88 for the card i only had $100 that pissed me off
