These tricks work especially if you're already on medication:

Find boss, mumble something about an important task you're working on, leave.

Go back 15 minutes later, say the exact same thing.

Go back 15 minutes later, enter his office, look at him in confusion and ask if he wanted to see you about the thing you're working on.

Sit at someone elses desk and spend 15-20 minutes looking for something of yours that is clearly right on top of your own desk.

Tell the secretary or boss that something they need is right there in the top drawer because you saw it there yesterday.  It's not there of course because you either halucinated it or had a vivid dream and couldn't tell the difference between real and dream events.

Some, none, or all of this may or may not have happened to me in the last few weeks...

HEHE I was off from work cuz I had the night shift tonight....Got to be the FIRST one to land some kills in the 1.11 and I got to shoot down two bish JU87's at A27.....HEHEHEHE...just had to brag...too bad I was not first in the arena....I was third...RATZ....
