I discovered a while ago that holding down the brake key as you touch down causes your plane to "stick" much better than when not holding brakes. 99% now I can land with zero bounce in virtually any plane, without having to be silky smooth on the landing.

something vaguely pops into my head as my primary flight instructor said, when i was a student pilot on my first approach going on and on and on and on about heels on the floor on landing. enjoy while you can riding the brakes on landing in the simulated environment. dont try that on your first flight lesson bud.
-All this coming from someone who stopped a 172N in under 150 feet.
