No realistic goals?  Come on....

Well, last year I said I'd spend more time with my boys, during the time I was online...and I've accomplished that goal (just check my avg. hours online in 2001 compared to 2002).  That was a very rewarding goal!

This year I think I'll start doing some more cardio, and less weight lifting.  The "Kieren" route if I may..but we'll see how my knees hold up :rolleyes:

well, now that I've got a house and will have the free weights set up, I'll have no excuse to not do at least some light weight training.   So I guess my resolution is to get my bellybutton in gear and in shape.  Besides, I can't rest on the laurels of my metabolism forever.  ;)
