Smoked salmon or sea trout for starters (caught and smoked by my step dad) and Goose for main meal (shot by my step dad) mmm :)

probably venison for boxing day (also shot by my step dad)

Lumpy mash patoots whipped with sour cream and butter ( no milk )

String beans..

Roasted Pork, the entire pig usually 75 pounds, in something called a "Caja China" translated means "Chinese Box"

With Stuffing made from the juices that flow from the pig, garlic mashed potatoes, with a vat of Sangria (which is a fruit kind of a red wine), yuca and tamales (vegetables that go great with pork that soak the grease ;) )

And thats our modified cuban christmas eve dinner, and for christmas ... left overs :D

terrine de Saumon
Lobster
Lobster #2
Cheese
Big fat butter cake (creme au beure)
and a couple of good wine bottles /head

looking forward to it, if the wine's good... no problem the next morning :D

Love Tamales... my employees always hook me up with a dozen or so this time of year.

We decided to go with some surf and turf this year.

Got some good looking ribeyes and a grip of crab legs and shrimp.
