I suspect somebody took th No NO base and porked the areana for everyone else.

The CT Staff is offering a reward for the body of the person(s) responsable for this.

No problem brady, its just that the Checkertails worked for nearly eight hours (Liberating France) capturing A1, A2, A3, A4, A7 and the port. These were no milk runs and since one cannot disable GV spawning by killing GV hanger, All were well disereved captures. Jarbo was there during or capture of A1 while eskimo landed a 34 kill sortie in the Tiger..lol, that was funny.

Can you guys check into resetting those fields? If not, why dont we disable field captures altogether?
Thanks bud!

I like field captures.

It gave you guys a reason to fight and me a reason to defend A-1 and attack your port.  I was hoping that I could hold down the port spawn point while goons were brought in.  I was thinking that Jarbo and company may have been keeping me occupied at the port while others raped A-1, I kept looking over my sholder at A-1.  I was having too much fun at the port to worry about A-1 at the end, however.  The best part of my sortie was the "mad dash" through a hail of AA and GV fire, back to A-1's runway to "land" my sortie.  Was down to 7 main gun rounds, so I took out ack with my pintle gun.  I would have loved to see the Allied country channel  cursing when I "landed".  :)

Don't tell me we have to do this all over again! So many brave soldiers were lost and died for the cause, just like the real assault on France. Probably someone did it on purpose just for that reason, it says it on MOTD. not to do it. As Hawk said gives us those back. (polite request) :)

Also someone came and gave us Tigers yesterday before the reset once we got on the ground and now they are gone, all part of the reset, they were badly needed?

In every Ct set up thier are two countrys fighting each other and one country left out, if you take the last base for any country the map will reset as per the normal AH method, we can not change that. Also we can not change what happens, typicaly apon a reset the setup gets porked becuases in the world of 3 countrys something gets messed up when only two have special independent plane set's It porks the map. Now this generaly is not a big deal since the set up is saved and can be recaled form the Tables file easly. The problem is that we may not be their when that happens and It will set their porked untill we get their to reset it. It has no fix other than not taking the last base, somthing a lot of CT players know about.

I like field captures as well I feal they are very important to creating dynamic battles.

My Question is this who took the Knight base? It would of been a milk run, and the reward still stands:)

I'm guessing this is a likely cause.
Can you crank up the ack leathality on individual countries?
Make the neutral country ack nuclear tipped 40 MMs!  Also can yoou harden acks?  Make them very difficult to kill... like a 1K bomb to knock one out.

Also, perhaps old maps could be retrofitted  with 50+ dense acks at the neutral countries base?

eskimo

For now, give the neutral country a few other bases in some other corner.

The adation of anything on the map has to be done by the map maker and then resubmited to HTC for aproaval and upload.

Typicaly ack lethality is turned up for the odd country bbut I beleave the base in question is slightly over two sectores out the way so whoever did it spent some time at it.:)

Unfortunatly their was an issue with the seting of perk values do to a snafu with contacting HTC I beleave Jarbo is goong to get it fixed today.
