so I can play Aces High. It doesn't entitle me to being opiniated and upity with the game designers when something works the way THEY intended it to, and throw two more cents in when they didn't ask for a penny.

Just had to say that, since every seems to be throwing around their ideas of the perfect game (you know.. go out and make your own...) when your money is only paying to play the game.

If you think 30$ is a lot just to play a game, then hell... your anus would be so puckered it would suck your face in if you played at 2$/hr (with 9.95$/mo fee).

Just consider yourself lucky and play HiTech Creation's game.

Oh yeah and PERK THE N1K2 CUZ IT'S GREEN!!!!

I dunno SW....there have been some good player ideas implemented here. I don't think you want to shut that down with a blanket generalization like that.

No doubt there have been SOME suggestions that are nice and worked out for everyone's benefit... but constantly pushing an issue and reiterating something time and time again... well you know how tiresome it gets.

Say it once, if it doesn't get recognition or isn't doable then just shut yo' mowf.

Speaking strictly for myself here, I think suggestions from the community and the comments they engender are a good thing. It helps the game grow.

The problem is that there are a few here that don't have a clue about how you make a suggestion.

Dale, Pyro, Nate, Supe, Ronni and Yankee are all people. As such, they certainly deserve the common courtesy and respect you would offer any person you met in a social environment.

Beyond that, these are the people that make it possible for us to have a lot of harmless fun very inexpensively. They are on OUR side.

Why do some posters find it necessary to flame THEM? Talk of anti-thisorthat conspiracies, talk of deliberately incorrect modeling here and there... all totally unnecessary and insulting, imo. Wouldn't you get tired of constantly being the target of baseless accusation?

To a certain extent, AH is their baby. in any case if you want to get something done, don't tell someone their baby is ugly and stupid.

You have to have a little more tact than that.

I wish those that make angry, accusatory posts would take a few minutes and just give them a call. Drop the attitude and discuss it with real people. You'll find out these folks are real fine people.

They are NOT the enemy.

If I had one wish, I'd wish the folks that post on this board would post that at the top of their monitors.

(Sorry, don't bother to tell me how expensive AH is. Took my wife to a movie last Friday and the tickets alone were $15 and that's in one of the cheapest movie towns in the US. The movie was average/trite/boring too... Bridget Jones' Diary. So for the price of 4 movie tickets, around 4 hours of flick, you get unlimited AH for a month. CHEAP!

<shrug> I quit in anger... unlike some others 'round hair, I apologized and made amends... it took a week but hell atleast I did SOMETHING.

I agree 100 %. And that is why the message that the chog was whinned to perk statis and you can whine any plane in or out of perk statis is a dangorous one that is contrary to the message you gave above.

I'll stand by what I said. There are too many people in here who don't know how to make a polite suggestion.

That statement is in no way contradictory to my personal opinion about the never-ending, ill-mannered campaign waged against the F4U-1C from the very moment of its introduction.

We just don't agree about the difference between polite suggestions and ceaseless, unbridled, accusatory whines.

The world won't end over that.

Suggestions, comments, opinions...
all are good for the game and the community.

I agree that it's important to be mature about things and give creative, positive feedback.

This is, after all, a game. It's intended to be fun to play.

It's like saying you are going to pay for a hooker but you can't tell her what you want. You just have to take what she gives you because you are only paying to play with her body.

What I would find funny was if HTC unplugged this UBB for a couple days. That would be HIIIIlarious, knowin all over the country you goofballs would be jones'n out big time. Who the hell has time for 700 posts LOL much less the 2000 I've seen some here post. GEEEEEwiz get a life!
