Who should I send the film to?

Hello,
After being shot down by planes I could'nt see, I turned the film on. Sure enough I got shot down again by a plane I could'nt find. When I viewed the film, the plane that got me was over 7K away while pinging me. I would like to think that this is a bug... Who would I send the film to?
