I gots me a Band of Brothers DVD set too :) I also got new sheets and a duvet for my bed, and some assorted chocolates.

 Im actually going today to get myself a new DVD player as the one I have is a POS. It stutters and skips all the time. "I got it free when I went on vacation 2 years ago"

Zilch, zippo, nada, nothing.  That is what I got this year.

But, it was one of the best Christmas' ever, because "I" was Santa Claus.  As such I decided what my kids would get.  My theory is that I will buy them things that I can play with too, as this is an inevitabilty in any case.

So...as soon as the weather gets better we are gonna take this baby out for a whirl....

Lots of household goodies, as I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years last spring....she kept most of the houseware stuff.  I had the important stuff...pizza cutter, can opener and a spatula...and that was it.  Yay...lotsa stuff that brings me from "Grizzly Adams Living" to "Martha Stewart Living"  LOL

Mother bought be new sheets and matching bedspread for the bedroom...so now my place is looking a notch above Frat Room 101  ;)  

Oh yea, and a freezer for all those frozen pizzas my fridge wont fit  :D

I got socks, new set of plates along with silverware.

I just HATE cheap forks. You know the kind, where the tines have no substance, no weight, just flat stamped crap that bends easily.

These tines are hefty and  round...

The knives have weight in the handle with a stout blade

Now THAT'S a set of silverware :D
