A Word of Encouragement.....
« on: January 03, 2002, 04:48:00 PM »
to all my little Knit and Rook pals. Dying repeatedly at the hands of the 13th TAS, while inevitable, should not be looked upon as personal. You simply represent, what we like to call, casualties of war.

Had you only been in a different place at a different time, you might have grown to know life, love and all the wonderful things this silly little world of ours has to offer.

Oh well...cyas up in our trusty 38's!

 :D

Ask Yeager about his stroll upon the water that was tragically cut short.   ;)

Oh! You meant you guys are the ones that were flouncing around the arena in the 38's?! I thought it was a "gay pride" thing.  :D

I'm pretty sure the 13th TAS doesn't even exist. Going back 6 months I have exactly one engagement with the 13th and it ended with the mythical creature riding silk home. Either they are an endangered species or they populate some part of the arena unaccessible to me.

They heard there was a better, badder pony squad around so they jumped ship rather than face us...  ;)

At the risk of being hooked <G>, you'll have to come rook to wing up with the 412th.

I personally haven't encountered the 13th online much (Aussie timezone and all that) but I did throw down the gauntlet to Rude in another thread for a squad v squad duel in the DA.  There are quite a few North Americans in the 412th who you could wing up with / duel against.  Would even be interesting pony vs 38.  :)

Blue....

We grabbed one night upwards of 30k and you guys were still way up there....some night when we have more time, we will venture up to the 45-50k range and fight ya hard :)

As far as a squad duel, just name the time and place and we'll be there...one condition must be accepted for us to duel.

The losing squad must have each member post in the general forum a statement given by the winning squads CO. :D Let me know if you're interested?

Weeds Raub....weeds :)

Actually, this was our first night of our 38 tour and we did ok. Hopefully after another 29 days of this, we will have learned something...prolly just how much we love the Mustang :)

Cyas Up!

It's poetry in motion Animal!!!

Why, I have not used my view keys in such a furious fashion since I was a plebe back in AWDOS :) I think I tore a tendon or something!!

The strangest thing happened....while we were fighting last night, these bandits turned tail and ran away...now what's up with that??? I just don't understand anyone who won't stay and fight...it's simply not fair!

LOL 45K.  I thought it was the 13th TAS that are always up there no  :)?

I haven't run into you guys for awhile in P-51's.  Used to be I would stumble into the 13th TAS more frequently about 2-3 tours ago.
