I went ahead and cancelled my account tonight. No particular reason except the typical burn out / boredom.

I dont expect to be around trolling the board here but bad habits are hard to break.

I have committed myself to niemen however and expect to be back briefly to fullfill my xo duties in Feb..

I will keep watching ah in anticipation of the mission theater and hope its a success.

Cya Wotan. It was good to fly with you and JG2 when I was in LJK during TOD's. I know exactly what you mean about burn out. Come back refreshed and if JG2 won't take you back VF-17 has a spot for you. :D

The game can really drag you down if you let it. I have no idea WHY but social situations, even in games, can and will take thier toll.

Take a break as suggested. It'll do wonders...heck you'll have a different attitude and view point when you return..ie it simply doesnt matter :)

Anyway... I always enjoyed flying against you and that one time we ended up winging 205's is still in my head.

Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

I was looking forward to meeting you as a Rook but it appears that I will not have that chance.

You might think about keeping an account handy.  My online time has dropped considerably in the last 6 or so tours.  I’m playing down to about 10-15 hours a tour and when I’m actually online I try and limit it to an hour.  Part of it is burn out and part of it was just spending to much time on the game.

Besides I’d still like the chance at sharing a few of my .50’s with you ;).

We didnt always agree, but I can't imagine flying an ETO TOD and not having you involved.
