Our New Years dinner!
Bacon-wrapped Grilled Elk Tenderloins seasoned with Johnnys Seasoning salt (Shown as not cooked yet)
Butter Clams(Prepared in water, butter, garlic and wine)
Dungeness Crab(Prepared like the clams)
Beringer Chardonney
Not shown:
Cream puffs for dessert!

Dungeness crab is way underated. Used to love sitting on the pier in Avila and crabbing (crab fishing, not luftwhining) all day long.... or as long as the beer lasted.
