time to un neuter the machine guns and cannons

My only kills from P-38 have been against the new Lanc's.

The lead squirt, from the P-38, works just fine on them big birds.  I have been flying the P-47 more recently and sure noticed a big difference in the hit sprite pattern.  The P-38 pattern certainly appears more concentrated.

Hey hey... did every one of you forget that .50 caliber is a machinegun, not a cannon?

Cannon seems quite ineffective too, as I were shooting those P-51 drones, they took over 6 hits before anything broke up.
...and like zillion hits of 7.92mm from Ju88 flying right next to their prop. (maybe this needs fix?)

Didn't see any bad things with .50 caliber, as it has high rate of fire.

Though, what I think needs little looking into, is dispersion of all the guns used.
In 109G2 I flew 80 yards off P-51 drone, shot with the cannon and I hit all over, even if I kept aim at the same aiming spot while turning..

Connections have been piss poor lately.  My beacon sometimes gets blinking like an automobile turn-signal since 1.04 came out.

In AH, if you fire while in a beaconed state, are your rounds "duds" during that time or not?  I'd much prefer my guns temporarily jam , or the gunsight changes color, than dud: that way I have a definite clue that my connection's going to piss without having to take my eyes off the target to check the indicator light.

The tail .303s on the Lancaster seem to work fine.  I've taken down F4us and 109s with it.  Somehow though, it doesn't sound like a .303...

The 1-2 gun .50s on B-17s are a common gripe with most players.  I've personally knocked a wing off a 109 at 1.2k in v1.03 [he was climbing after me at my low 6 and just *sat* there]

The AA gun on the Pz-IVs often kill the pilot  (not wound, outright kill) when I fly F4u-1Cs.  That's a single 12.7 isn't it?

I've flown against Citabria many a time, and I don't know what he's squeaking about: he's pulled off my wings and tail surfaces with snap shots several times, and has enough ammo to take down 3-4 others.  10+ victory streaks not enough for ya man?  I'd be happy with a 3-streak.
