Setting You Stick-Up in Il2 to match AH

I copied sombody's stick set-up in Il2 and got the following:

pitch
1X=0 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 100 0
roll
1Y=0 25 35 45 55 65 75 85 95 100 100 0
rudder
1RZ=0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 0


I am still getting those little osilations especially in the X-axis (pitch).  I guess my question is what do all those numbers mean?  If I understood it I guess I could try and fix it instead of just copying.  Oh ya-what does dead band mean also?  I'm trying to get the Ah feel in Il2 and I've heard it's possible.  Man Il2 shure requires a lot of tweaking to get it right.....
