For one I fly the F4U-C, but I guess you didn't ask since I was 12 on top 10.

Anytime you ant to go to the DA I will go with you. I have no shame in dieing in a good 1 on 1, just don't underestimate people sooo much.

As for the milkrunning bombers, what ya want us to do, fly at 3k and 200mph and ditch our ammo too? I am glad they are part of the rank system because they help deter the more common raping type of capture method. I used to love it when we actually had to mostly use bombers to capture a field, but now there are soo many Jabo's that it is nothing but a dump eggs on FH and rape the field.

Thats all for my ranting, But I am still up for a dual anytime you want.

Aside from your useless chest thumping there is a pretty good suggestion in there. The primary role of fighters does not include vultching airplanes on the ground. In ah its acceptable because of the base capture goal. Fighters that carry ordinance and bombers should be the ultimate target of any fighter and a fighter that is launching to defend its own base isnt. So why not drop from scores not only planes with their wheels on the ground but any aircraft directly over his home field and under 3k? I added the part about over his own field because of all the nape of the earth raids. I dont see any reason to protect them from counting.

Lazerl you can check what planes guys are using really easy.

just looking over last tours stats.....

GPreddy had 134 Kills vs the Ju-88 .. that is an incredible feat Even the mighty Fester and Mitsu combined this tour don't have nearly enough. You pretty much only see JU-88 attacking CV's these days if at all.

Anyway to parse the logs and see how many times a player killed another player in a certain tour, or particular..bomber? I'm curious about that

Out of 1397 kills I had:

134 Ju88s of which 42 were as a ship gunner
60 Lancs
56 B17s
35 B26s
22 TBMs
16 Ki67s
15 C47s
9 A20s
4 B5N2s
3 D3A1s
3 Il2s
2 Ju87s
1 SBD5
1 Boston

or 361 bombers destroyed including goons. Thats better then 25%

But somehow you overlooked the 180 panzers. Think theres something up there too? Nope I simply made a direct turn for any and all buffs I saw. Check my stats the same ratio will probably hold this month.

Comparatively you shot down a total of 14 buffs out of 184 kills. Thats less then 8% You arent doing your duty.

Buff guns scare you dont they?

IMO buffs are the easy kills. You get 3 for 1 and only a handfull of buff gunners can shoot worth thier salt. JU88s inbound to the tg are easiest kills of all. they are usaly on the deck any screwup by them they auger for you. CV acks will finish off them if you just put *1* shell in them you will prolly be awarded kill.. Lancs and Kis are the next easiest kills in the arena. Lancs CANNOT EVEN get a bead on ya if you are smart enuff to attack from below. KIs 20 mm cant hit you unless you are stoopit enuff to fly in thier joyzone (dead arse 6) Now a well gunned 17 is the only bomber that you need to worry about at all.

Gpreddy you always seem to be bragging to me. Like sticking that 17 kill message up here on the boards. Or saying how we aint doing and you are.

180 panzer exploit kills happens alot. typical gaming the game ,camping spawn points preying on n00b kills.

Cant recal the last time I saw 1 Lanc. Let alone 60!!!!!!
Do I need to get my hipwaders?
Does someone have more than 1 account?
Is there a sadistic Lanc pilot that just kept uppin for ya or WHAT?????
...... maybe im alone in thinkin 60 lancs in 31 days in not do-able under current MA conditions. Not that I really care..... but 60 lancs seems fishy to me in todays AH.

Bragging? Not hardly and your attempt at an insult doesnt hurt my feelings. Im merely pointing out that unlike the real world that everyone likes to compare ah to this is a game. I have learned to play the game and score well. This isnt the type of game where ultimate acm skills will get you anywhere. It doesnt matter how well you can do in the da or how many opponents you can fight all by yourself. To be successful at ah you have to know what to hit how to hit it and you have to be there when its time to do it. You say shooting a buff with one shell will give you the kill. Thats awful risky considering that the cv could be killed. It doesnt do a thing for your gunnery to hit with one bullet either. Then theres the risk that anyone in the cv ack could kill him and take your kill or that any one of a dozen fellow countrymen could shoot him first. Manned ack will always win over one bullet. No I fancy ripping the wings off of those buffs and I do mean all of them. Failing that a good tail shot or a telling strike at their fuel tanks until they explode. Doing it your way I might get three kills if the guy is even flying a formation and then not have a cv to protect. I have even suicided by launching with a lanc dropping from just 1k alt so I would take the hit and not the cv and yes it works. If you catch a buff unaware they die easy its true but if he even tries to shoot you and scores just a few hits he can kill you. Even the ju88 can do that and I should know because I have died to a few of them. 17 kills isnt much considering I was going for 30 kills one sortie and got killed by a ju88 at the point I hit 27. Thats without a rearm and without allowing any of them even close to the cv. I looked at your score and Im sure you may have some skill that your score doesnt show. Its obvious to me you dont know how to find the fight whereas I dont launch unless I know where it is. Every game is different and this is how I choose to play ah. Its obvious you have your own way too but in my book there are a lot of guys that arent even in the game. It doesnt matter how tough you think you are or how skilled you think you are unless you succeed and the guys that pretend to have the greatest talent at acm score like they arent playing. Thats fine its not about score to them but they would be better served shutting their mouths about fighting skills because its only ten percent of this game if that and mastering ten percent is nothing to brag about.

Anton, check his time online. With that much time 60 lancs is highly do-able. But if he had a second account, I wouldn't be suprised at all. Voss is the ultimate gamer.
