The Wargamer has opened it's polling booths for readers to vote on their favourite games/sims of 2002, Aces High and Hitech Creations are nominated in the lists. You can find the poll here.

Aces High and HTC all the way.
And I can honestly say that I can compare it to IL-2 (although I didn't see IL-2 on the list?).

Mine is in as well. AH in all catagory's that had it. I did go for Operation Flashpoint Resistance, Prisioner of War, and Empire Earth Art of Conquest also. They don't get near as much time as AH, but my brother in law doesn't fly much and prefers to fight it out in them.

For the record, the form requires a valid email address as a part of a check to avoid 'ballot stuffing'. At no time will it be sold, shared or spammed if provided for the poll.

eskimo2: IL-2 was not released in 2002, therefore it does not qualify for our 'best of 2002' list. I believe the release date was late 2001.
