Last Chance for a Neimen Slot

Gentlemen and Ladies....

Saturday Jan 4th is the last day for registration for the Niemen Scenario.  

I encourage everyone to consider flying this.   I is a very different type of scenario, and has proven in the past (AW) to be extremly exciting and action packed.  

This is a classic Eastern Front campaign for the control of the river Neimen.   It pits the German Might against the Russians and the Free French.    Its a battle for land control.

The best part is it is a Multi Ride/life event

Each Group is assigned 3 differnt roles.   A Fighter, A Bomber, and A Ground Vehicle.    What does that mean?

This Means when you lose your primary ride of the day, you can reup in your Secondary Ride.   Lose that, Your not done, you have a Third ride.    Your primary ride may very from frame to frame, but you will get time in all three.   Each mission will give you that feeling of contributing to the overall success of your country, be it in a fighter or GV.

Like all scenarios, the Fighter Rides are full of glory and excitment.  But its the Bombers/transports and GVs that win the day.    Territory Capture will be key for the Russians, and holding ground will seal a victory for the Germans.   Capture can happen just like in the MA or by supply line rules that give you territory behind your battle front.

I flew this scenario before and had serious reservations about flying Sturmis and GVs.  As it turns out my GV time turned out be the most exciting time Iv ever had in an event.

So if your hesitant to commite to this one,  Please throw caution to the wind and take a chance.   I promise you wont regret it.

Like Grimm, I had severe reservations about this scenario when it first ran in AW...... but it ended up one of the most exciting scenarios I have ever taken part in!  The action was non-stop, largely due to the multiple rides each person gets.  I am sure the AH version will be at least as good, but more likely much better than the AW version was.  So come on, register now before it's too late!  

PS, anyone who likes flying gooneys would be welcome to join the group the Jordi and I are co-leading - Group 1 on the Russian side.....
