Ah, but if you watched the start of the play, the Miami player was mugging him until the ball was thrown. Sure, if you looked from that point on all was pretty good, but prior to that point it was interference all the way.

I'm sure Miami views it as just "bumping" the receiver within the 5 yard zone.
