My first TOD i discoed after 1 hour of flying. had 1 assist.

This TOD i fly for hours. My squad the JV 44 was re arming at 47 when a buncha la5n raped us on the ground. I, being the smart person i am, ran like hell and only suffered aileron damage..... but my whole squad was killed and i heard all their screams over the radio.

so i run for a while untill i find some buddies and then we re arm at 47 and cirle 47 at 25k for a while.....

then we get bored and decide to find a fight, and as soon as i turn towards the fight, MY POWER GOES OUT damn power company.

That part there al by itself is a gem and it alone warranted some extra special attention.

oh man it was just like a scene out of Pearl Harbor. Those la5n's came roaring down on us just when we were all clustering around the rearm pad... some guy got like 5 kills. Bombs went off all around me and i saw all my squaddies through my rear view get clobbered.

I saw them come in and just thorttled up (i wasnt near re arm pad)

THose la5n were damny lucky they caught us on the ground.

You should take a look at our squad.
We use to do that a lot, betraying our squadmates, etc.

That was just a friendly visit by MAG-33

The first 3 LA-5s that dropped in were Ripsnort,Raider and Ed561. I was next in line but by then all those 109s on the ground were gone and had to be satisfied with a hangar

Your absolutely correct it was like a scene out of a movie, we dropped thru the clouds and see the planes on the ground, AAA starts firing at us and we roll in and drop our eggs. twas a thing of beauty

But we got our sweet revenge when we caught all those La5s on the ground an hour later. (Unfortunately I got shot down in my first pass)

Too bad Wegaman, because you would have had a very sweet revenge...

I landed at 47 drop't mouse on floor went to pick it up and crash in to a tent lol. My flying is going down the pan
