Hi folks... Can someone instruct me on how to use the "IMG" thing to post my pics?

i believe that IMG is used when you want to basiclaly link an image on some external server, as opposed to attaching..

so using the syntax

would basically tell the HTC server to autolink to the site and pull up (and probably archive on HTC server) the image when the thread is clicked on to be read by someone.

as an example... the AH banner in the top left....

under properties we can see...

http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/ah_bansm.gif

to insert this in this particular post you'd use the above addy with the IMG /IMG syntax...

to test...

here's the syntax with a bracket on each end.

IMG]http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/ah_bansm.gif[/IMG

i'll be damned... it worked.
