Five hours after our triumph at 48 you sent in the hoards of p38s to suicide the cv. I watched six guys drop on the cv and even two who suicided the cv after the cv was dead. Then I watched as even more enthusiastically suicided the cruiser and then one by one the escorts. It simply amazes me that you can get this kind of cooperation and team spirit at times when its hard to even get bishops to answer in the radio buffer. But I have to ask why kill yourselves even after the goal has been accomplished? and what are you going to do if ht changes the effectiveness of suicide? Im amazed really.

How about we add an "attrition" model to AH?  A certain limit for each player in a certain period of time for each model of airplane.
Then this "drop and splat, bomb and auger" routine will work about three times and then there will be no airplanes to fly?

I can applaud the teamwork... but beyond that what type of talent does it take to repeatedly dive, bomb, auger?  

I would really like to see the arena drift back more to aerial tactics and less about mass horde, lemming style suicide rushes.

Yeah the method described above could be straight from bish handbook for beginners..

Well gee whiz...I was manning the Knit CV's 5inch guns for an hour and knocked down 28 P38s, P51s, Lancs, Ju88s, TBMs and Lancasters attempting suicide raids on the CV...and when the flak cleared, the CV was alive and well.

And they were all Bishops....

So, perhaps rather than whining your poor cv is under attack...GO DEFEND IT.

The most amazing thing I saw last night in the MA was a couple of MAWs landing twenty-plus kills in Tiger I's.  That's pretty good!

It was only done to see if and how long it would take someone to hit the BBS with a box of tissues .

Advice for knights only:


A subscription is open; we need everyone's contribution: we need to buy another bunch of lemmings from Bishes. We   ended yet the ones we bought before Xmas
Hope they still sell us  that low prices,given the abundance:D

I was in that neat little mission, we were sent up to attack the cv because the port that the cv was from was in the process of being captured.... But no worries...in typical Knit fashion, the majority of players went on to other endeavors, ie. wasting time on furball island... and the port was not captured, the cv respawned..and the knits were wasting time again as usual.. our squad rotated through the different countries 3 or 4 monthes ago.. and the beeching is the same no matter what country you fly...so, don't worry Gpreddy, the knits will find a way to FUBAR any mission accomplished  
Like the bish and rooks, some capture and attack, some like to furball, some just fly around at 25k and bnz, some like to sneak around in the weeds, and deservedly so, unless it is a organized campaign like in special events, then everyone has a right to do what they want.
Like LePaul, I like manning the cv ack guns, amazing how many suicide Bish  you killing manning the cv guns
