I would like to remind everyone that jb79 is not part of the III/Jabostaffel and has no invovlement, affiliation nor our support. Unfortunantly I have to go around all the boards and post this, but I want to make sure this point is clear.

Also, HiTech, he is using an unauthorized moniker promoting our squad and webpage. Please remove that as he does not have my permission to do so. Thank You.

Ummm....when you say moniker...do you mean his name by itself?

I can just see this issue getting sticky if thats what you mean.

I agree 100% with your position with the posible exception of you owning the initials JB. Taken with his apparent attempts to misrepresent himself, yea sure, there needs to be some sort of corrective messures taken, not because of the name, but because of the name being used for fraudulent purposes......im getting a headache.

lets be clear...IMHO you do not own JB

lets be more clear JB79 is a total dweeb and his attempts to use the name in a false maner means he should lose the right to use them, not because you own them...but because he doesnt.

No, in his posts where mine says CO III/Jabostaffel he put something appering that he also is a member of the squad.
