Anyone know if the DVD offers the option for German w/English subtitles?

Has anyone here seen the original 6 (?) part series that aired on German TV? How much different is it from the movie?

Woooohoooo another favorite war movie thread! at least its the first one this year.

I'll have to say either Pearl Harbor, We Were Soldiers, Enemy at the Gates, Windtalkers, or XXX.

Band of Brothers and Saving Private Ryan were boring as hell
