huh?
I've noticed an unusually high amount of communication from HT and co recently.

Though, they never did make me that ham sandwich.  I DEMAND MY DAMNED HAM SANDWICH!

This is roadkill.
Of all the games Ive cared enough to get involved with the comunity, I can tell you that HiTech is the lead designer who keeps most in touch and comunicates with his player base.

He has no obligation to keep everyone informed on everything he does. His only duty is to work on his product, nothing more.

I think the problem most people have is that they do not "see" the responses by HTC. There is a ton of activity on this board and damn near impossible to follow every thread. It's obvious that HTC does respond when and where needed from their point of view. That may not necessarily be in the thread you are participating in, but in another thread that covers the same topic.

One thing that would help would be another forum under Announcements for "Known Issues" or "Weekly Updates" or something to that effect. A forum where HTC (and only HTC) can post threads about isssues they know of and are working to resolve, another forum about what they are currently working on.

This would give everyone a single place to go to see if a problem they are having is being addressed.

Sheesh, no kidding.  I can recall in some 'other' sim where we'd go years without an update or some news.  Just this year alone in AH, I've seen more updates and Dev news posts than in the 8+ years at that 'other' sim.

At least with my post in Steve's thread, I just tried to point out that it's probably easier to catch some bees with honey than it is with vinegar and not to expect any sympathy from those that read these boards.

LOL, I love doing this post about once a year to see the cheerleaders come out of the woodwork, and I am never dissapointed.  :D

It's an excellent idea. Should help the signal to noise ratio. :)
