X45 Hat POV Switch activitates when using stick

When moving the stick to the right on my X45, the POV switch also moves to the right, making me look right at, usually, the most inconvenient times. I tested the stick using the control panel and it definitely is the stick -

Any ideas?

the stick is bad?

I always get the $10 replacement policy with my X45's

any problem and I switch it out - been averaging a new one about every 9 months..

agree with EAGLER  get the warrenty  9 - 10 months of use had to exchange mine
