I feel it's bit to steep at times, the team balanncing scale.... With team changeing at a 13 hour limit this kinda annoys me;
i tend to like to play bhop, and i don't like changing my ways for 13 whole hours just because bhops have more noobs than knits... or has team change time limit been altered? Haven't changed sides in 1.11 so maybe HTC changed that too..?
good idea for team balance- i just think team changes need to be at 2 hour limit or perk incentive needs to be tuned down. Both sides of the system just seem too 'steep' for me.
BTW i think perks for team switch winning map should be 13 hours still tho

oh and good job with 1.11 HTC... this is the frist week i really got to play it.
