TeeDog, there are lots of different types of cannons.

Cannon as apposed to maching guns have different type of rounds.

A connon shell explodes on impact, a MG dosn't, it basicly a solid projectile.


So what these guys are refering to is which plane are you asking about some carrie a 20 mm cannon.

Indeed it does, ten of them in fact (Hispanos).  In the nose, so as to do away with convergence issues.  Fortunately it's not going to be perked either...Yay!

F4UDOA, what crawled up your butt and died?  Tee is a good guy and fellow squadie and I'll always watch his back.  If you were halfway observant, you'd note TeeDog just signed up with BBS today and has only a minimal of posts so far.  So he may not be the world's best at using the BBS just yet, and only has 10 posts total as of this writing, but that does not warrant the attitude in your reply.  I'm glad we have helpful people like you around here.
