i still think there all whimps

I don't know Vorticon, he was only about a year or two older than you when he was fighting and killing and getting shot at and becoming the most decorated soldier in U.S. history. If that makes him a whimp, then how would you describe yourself :)

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Gentle Ben. He weighed 600 pounds, had sharp claws and big teeth and could run 30 MPH. Really, who would YOU rather run into walking in the woods- Burt Lancaster or Gentle Ben?

While Chow Yun Fat's from my home island, he's got nothing on that plastic-skulled lunatic, Jackie Chan. The man is utterly insane and should, by rights, be dead several times over. Way cool, but utterly insane. Although I believe the Hollywood execs now frown on him doing his own stunts for monetary reasons.

Wow...

It might be latent... but it sure is rampant.

This thread reminds me of a quote from "Dirty Work":

"Did you ever say you could see how a woman might find Sean Connery attractive?"

OK, OK, how bout Clyde from the "Every Which Way" Clint Eastwood movies? Not only is he better looking than Charles Bronson but he's tougher too.

Oh no, Bob Conrad is too short to play Clyde. If we're going to qualify the question to toughest actors who can SPEAK then my vote goes to Mister Ed. Not only is he the toughest actor, but he's also the fastest actor in a six furlong race.

2Stony,

Wayne couldn't have done it in real life.  Victor McLaglen once fought Jack Johnson for the heavyweight title.  He used to wrestle the Hollywood tough guys between shoots and almost literally tied them in knots.
