Just picked this up yesterday - extremely addicting. Anyone who was a fan of the other 3 owes it to themselves to check it out.
Pretty much everything has been revamped, including the abilityt o buid multiple cities in a "region" that you control. In other words, instead of connecting to "phantom cities" you are now connecting your own cities. Pretty cool. (be wary of the missle testing range though... firey fragments of ICBM doesnt mix with buildings.)

That games looks really neat. I've been thinking of getting it, but I don't know how it will work on my old computer.
What kind of a computer are you running it on, and how does it run?

The minimum req. are listed as a 700 Mhz PIII, 128 MB RAM and 16 Meg graphics card.
Im running in on an Athlon 1.3 with bells and whistles - no problems other than the occasional lockup.
