My source states it is the Z14 Friedrich Ihn howeaver, nontheless wtfg Andi.

Most of my sources say hull number 31 is the Z15 - ERICH STEINBRINCK.

However I have a couple books that show the same picture you posted as a NARVIK class DD. No doubt about it that it is a 34A CLASS and not a NARVIK just not sure which one.
