Thinking about Moving Squads
« on: January 27, 2003, 11:45:03 AM »
I got a big mouth.  Ya I know.  I love this game and fly EST-fighters 95%.  I'm looking for a squad that emphasizes teamwork and has a daily presence in the MA during EST.  My K/D is stuck around 2 and I'm looking to learn and work as a team in order to try and improve it.  Because of the fluid nature of this game I am often flying by-myself 70% of the time.  I have a great desire to learn wingman techiques and team tactics.  I would like to fly with a wingie like 80% if at all possible....................

You might want to check us out.  We fly as a squad all the time.  Most of our members are in the EST and we always have 4-8 guys up.

We ask new people to fly with us so that both sides can evaluate if it is a good fit for all.  If they decide to join we do have some requirements that may or may not be your cup of tea...

-=Most Wanted=- is a 6 year old Fighter squadron born in
Kesmai's AirWarrior III. Our continued success in Aces High
is a shining example of a successfull internet community.
To achieve and maintain membership, it is important that
you be a person of high morale standards. We feel that it
is more important that you be a compatible personality
type, than a great pilot.

There are very few rules to maintaining your membership.
Listed below are the core components that make us a
fantastic team to join.

English as first or second language
over 18 yrs old and socially matured
respectfull of others
cooperative nature
participate in organized events (Squad Night)
Play on average 8hrs or more per week
Have vioce communications working correctly
Handle must begin with "Mw"

current Squad profile:
Most are:
28-45

If you're interested, just find anyone w/ a MW in front of their name. We'd be happy to have ya!
