Historical Airfield layouts etc? Other Terrain objects?
« on: January 30, 2003, 10:26:53 AM »
I hope to see proper historical airfield layouts with dispersals, taxiways, etc., and that are away from big hills!

Additionally terrain objects like bridges, proper railway lines and roads (I know we have them but ones of more detail and regularity), much larger towns and cities, forests/woodlands, lakes etc.

Also will the terrains be more historically accurate and to what sort of scale are to be expected?

I agree.  I'd like to vote several times for this.

Also---Is there a way that trees would be seen and be obstacles to fire for a longer distance?  At long firing ranges trees simply don't exist for the firing side, so there is no way to hide your tank in treeline for camoflage and protection.  You may think you're surrounded by trees, but from a distance you're on a bare hill.
