Ultimate IQ test
« Reply #30 on: February 04, 2003, 03:31:44 PM »
Congratulations, Otto!
Your IQ score is 147

This number is the result of a formula based on how many questions you answered correctly on Emode's Ultimate IQ test.

The even better news is that at Emode, we've taken your IQ test one step further. During the test, you answered four different types of questions — mathematical, visual-spatial, linguistic and logical. We were able to analyze how you did on each set of those questions, which allows us to shed light on the way your brain uniquely functions.

At the same time, we compared your answers with others who have taken the test, and according to the sorts of questions you got correct, we can tell your Intellectual Type is one of masterful understanding and wisdom, along with an inate ability to tolerate the really stupid people in this crazy world of ours.

The first thing we can tell you about that is you are equipped with a verbal arsenal that enables you to understand complex issues and communicate on a particularly high level. But that's just scratching the surface.

In some 35 years of  top level educational experience, I have never witnessed such razor sharp intelligence matched with such good looks and of course, the charm....how could one person be such a complete stud!?!?

We bow to your funkyness and are honored to have had you grace our web site.

What a waste of time!

I did also. Only pattern seems to be different sized objects. On the four left, can't chose object shapes, clocking, etc as any one pattern.

Yeah, number three has two small objects.  Every other one has one large object and one small one.
I got 133 too, which I'm starting to thin k is the bogus "all answers correct" solution.  Most IQ tests have a time element too.  This one didn't.  This is just a scam to hook up dateless wonders.
In most cases IQ tests are suspect, but in this case I'm thinking it's just wrong.  Hell, in the previous free ones that have been posted, people got anywhere from 100 to 180.  Here we all get 133.
Visual MAthematician? What the hell is that?  And then to tell me I don't get laid because I don't make passes at chicks.  YEah, right, you can tell that by my massive vocabulary.

Thank god I have an email address I'm pulling the plug on in a week.

I'd pick the second one. The others have a "pointer" with a matching opposite. Then again, I'm probably wrong.

It is a questionable test for those who are not native or experianced english speakers. Lot of common phrases and such...

Agree completely.

I did the same as AKIron.  Is a score of 16-¼ low?

Your IQ score is 135

This number is the result of a formula based on how many questions you answered correctly on Emode's Ultimate IQ test.

At the same time, we compared your answers with others who have taken the test, and according to the sorts of questions you got correct, we can tell your Intellectual Type is a Visionary Philosopher.

The first thing we can tell you about that is you're equally good at mathematical and verbal tasks, and learn best through experience. But that's just scratching the surface.

I think that if you miss on question it drops you down by 2 points each time.

People who would stoop to cheat on an on-line IQ Test are pretty lame... but I'm not naming names :p

It's not time based, and you can score higher than 135. Took my time, used a calculator and a dictionary (yes, I know that's cheating) and got a 140.

133 straight off not looking anything up. Seems to be popular along with 135.

IQ is usually aged biased, The really young get a bonus as do the really old. So I expect all those who got 140+ scores to be really old :p

It's bogus anyway. Nowhere near as comprehensive as it could/should be.
