My last flight last night I was having much fun until I ran into Toad.  YgsMilo, Tonto, and Myself.

Actually that was the best time of the night.  I got a F4U but then ran into a group of Bishes that just took off.  We had fun rolling, diving, swooping, turning, just all sorts of fun.

There was an enemy P-51, a Spit, a 205, and I believe another F4U.  My longer melee was with that P-51 that I danced with for a long time.

Good Ole Toad took his time and then removed me from the air!!!  It was sooooo cool!!

Toad I need to know, what plane were you flying?

At one time the P-51 was below me as I banked looking down my right wing, and I was at 700 feet!!  I could see the pilot smiling!!!

I actually lasted long than I thought I would in that 109F4.

Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.

Hiya Milo!

Yeah, it was fun, unfortunately probably more fun for us than for you though.

Really weren't looking for you, just kept running into you. We were all deliberately working on wingman tactics last nite too. So, it was pretty adverse for you to be (1)below a bunch of guys (2) using RW and  (3)sorting targets.

I thought you did damn well, that whole bunch of rooks. Everybody had holes when we rtb'd.

As far as the get together, maybe this weekend? I'll try and round up the usual suspects.

Swager, Rude the Merciless pretty much has us all in P-51's now. We're learning but we're a headstrong and slow-study bunch. But he's right...learn one plane and learn it well.

I was in a -51 last nite. When I was below you, it was a low yo-yo. Worked too!

It was a blast, I agree. You lasted way longer than I planned, that's for sure

I take exception to the "learn 1 plane" crowd. The top 5 pilots in the game (at least from my POV) are all multi plane drivers. But to each his own

Stalker,

Rude and I dined in fine style today on sweet and sour rat, I think.

We talked about getting the KC guys together Saturday, Noon.

I'll put up a plan in the O-Club topic and we'll see who can make it. Spread the word.

Zigrat,

There are other things that go into it for us. I think Rude would be good in anything though.

Actually it is quite strange I don't meet Toad and Rude more often in the arena.  But when we do meet it is always a blast!

Usually I end up being the blast!!
