Your video card is sharing with your USB bus. Could cause video stutters and stick spiking, if you are using a USB stick.
Your sound card is sharing with your Ethernet card. This is going to cause problems.
Do you have anything connected to the COM or LPT ports? If not, go into the BIOS and disable those devices so you can free up some interrupts.
Then you might have to manually set the IRQ's to the PCI slots, but if your PCI slots are hardwired to a shared interrupt, you will have to move the cards around to get them on thier own.
When moving cards in the PCI slots, make sure you remove the associated software from Windows FIRST, then shutdown the computer, move the card, and reboot.
