We get pretty pissed off when people talk trash about the USA. However some of the stuff people have been posting about other countries is pretty bad, worse than what I see being said about the USA on this board since 9/11. Before you post more garbage, think about how you would feel if somebody said those things about your country.

Yeah, I know what you mean funked.

When someone says something bad about the Vikings, or Sweden in ww2, or something else that happened before my birth, I break down and cry for hours. They should be more sensitive to my feelings.

Just thinking about those old posts brings tears to my eyes actually..I mean...how can someone be so mean..

Posting true historical information on France and Germany to shed light on their current behaviour is not "trashing" them funkedup.

If people from France (straffo) are pissed off it is because they do not like to hear these events. If they are angry then perhaps they are ashamed. If they are ashamed then perhaps their government has given reason for them to be.

The one thing about history is once you do something shamefull you have to live with it always. You can not go back in time and rewrite the facts. Despite the attempts of some here to try and do so.

I am not American BTW. But I know enough history to be amazed at how tolerant the US government and people are towards the French government despite the long history of France sticking their finger in the US's eye.
