This is a bug in the UBB software, I'm almost sure. We deal with it from time to time on our UBB....exact same thing, even with the "1". Email HTC and tell them to fill out a tech support ticket on it at the Infopop tech support site...I submitted one with no response, but maybe if other users do too.......
