This is what we look for:
1. Maturity. All of us are 35 yrs + in age. But that dosn't mean that folks that are this old are always mature. So if your of the following frame of thought then you should fit right in.
If your not having fun, don't play. If you get bent out of shape because you were shot down. Don't bother us.
2. Medium, to advanced pilots. We are not looking for students, or score mongers. Just Mature folks that like to play and have fun.
3. We don't have a country of loyalty. That means that we pretty much view each side as about the same. We are currently Bishops, but we are on a tour of the game so we will be going to rooks in a week or so before we settle on a permanent country.
4. We are a tight group but we also solo a lot. There are a few of us that are on very often, and some that are seldom on. There is no current squad night, and no rank. OLDMn is the founder and leader of the squad. We are pretty much based on a casual view of a fun game.
We have no specified planes, or ranks. Fly what you like, treat everyone with respect, and do your best is all we ask.
