I think I found one thats still in good condition from a previous computer, how difficult is it to replace?

Lazer,

There is a metal strip attached to the pcp circuit board. On the top of this is a screw attaching it to the frame.

Disconnect power if any. remove video cable, remove screw, pull card straight up.

Assemble in reverse order.
