I have been a H2H player for over a year. I want to subscribe to AH and play in the MA. If I decide to stop paying after a while, will my account be deleted or will I be able to keep my account and play H2H?

Paying members have access to the H2H as well.  If you go pay, then you use the same account.

If you cancel your paying account, then you lose it all.

So once I start paying I'll have to keep paying or will not be able to play Aces Hight AT ALL?
isn't that a bit harsh?
will I be able to make a new account from the same IP address?

p.s. I really wanted to sign up tonight, now I'm having second thoughts

once you go pay for play you have access to all of it, however if you canx the account you can still plat H2H but I think you have to change your game ID is all

What Heater said.

Whether you pay or not, you have access to H2H.  But when you cancel your paid account, you have to create another if you want to play H2H.

Once you lapse an account, you lose your original id which is still stored on the database, and have to use a new one.  You can ask HTC admin by mailing them to transfer your old ID to the new account once they have verified that you are the same person. :) You lose all perks you may have earned of course.!

AFAIK my old temporary account was under "Spiff" and my new one "Spiffy", as I'm known generally by either id I didn't bother to get it transferred back, but probably the old id "Spiff" is still locked into the database, at least it was "already taken" when i rejoined.

There is probably a time limit on how long old "ids" are locked for in AH, historically in AW some could be "locked" for "ever" by a Head Game Operator for game "ids" belonging to the "Gods" of AW :), but normal ids could be transferred by staff after ascertaining they were the same "persona". HTC admin or Skuzzy can fix this in AH for anyone providing that the old name is not taken and they can prove they are the same person.
