From a Swedish newspaper article (my translation):

Sweden, Finland and Japan recieved a formal request from Iraq in October 2002. The Iraqis wanted to know what level of readiness we had in case of an anthrax attack.

The questions included:
How soon would you be able to detect an attack with anthrax.
How would you protect your citizens against an anthrax attack.
What is your capabilities for sanitazion (cleaning up, removal)after an attack.

We chose not to answer the inquiry.


Seriously...why did he want to know that?
