... lol is there a dumber lot on the entire planet? Let's set aside, just to consider this, whether you believe there should be war or do not. Can there be anyone clamoring louder for the darwin award? These are not indigent people. Almost all of these people have familes.(Side note.. .sadly they have reproduced, ensuring more dummies on the planet).

Does this make sense to anyone?

OK OK I'd step in front of a bus to save my wife(on most days)
but... I'm not grasping the whole human shield thing.

Personally I'm wondering why they are always picking wars where the US will do the bombing...I mean you didnt see that many human shields in Grozny.

Muslim extremists are not that dumb. I went on a Muslim extremist web site with an appeal to all mujahadeen to join me in Baghdad as a human shield - all expenses paid.

They called me everything but stupid.

Exactly, if they want to really help Iraq, why don't they grab a gun and go help the first line of defense

Probably because the Iraqi soldiers surrounding them wont give a toejam about their neo-liberal political views and shoot them.

LOL are you kidding? An American holding a gun in Iraq? They'd be lining up to surrender. The only thing they surrender to quicker is an American holding a video camera in Iraq. Of course, they might shoot once they realize that the hippy liberals won't be providing them with any kind of food or shelter.
