What about having a "short tutorial " arena or something that newbies have to complete before they are allowed to log into the main arena?
They sit through a couple of short videos or AH films where the different aspects of the game are explained - not EVERYTHING, but the basics of using the clipboard, starting engines, taking off, bombing and landing, switching positions and using GVs.
Once this has been done, they get their "wings" and can join the rest of the whiners in the MA and CT?
