I am experiencing a bizarre problem with the AH BBS. For some reason, my browser at home isn't loading all of the content on the forum pages -- some of the images, most noticeably the 'New Post' image and the 'jump to first unread post' images, don't load.
I know the problem isn't my browser itself; I'm using Mozilla 1.2.1, and using the same browser version at work I see all the images normally. But from home, none of the posts with new messages show the 'jump to new post' image, and I had to fire up IE to be able to post this message because the 'New Post' image was missing, and the link framed by it was unclickable.
It's particularly bizarre because the HTML code to display the images:
is visible in the HTML source for the page, and if I manually enter the URL for the image, it loads (thereby proving that it's not the server denying access to the image). Right now, I'm stumped; I'm almost to the point of doing a complete uninstall of Mozilla, blowing away my user profile, and starting over.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve the problem?
