The resupply for factories and HQ is far too good.
A single C47 can undo the whole destruction in a second.
A HQ cut off from supply (no c47 drop and trains vulched), shouldn't rebuild at all.
When supply arrived, it should need some time until the damage is repaired (may be fifteen minutes). Acks could be up sooner.
Why should anyone defend the HQ against a buff raid, if you only up a c47 and two minutes after the bombs destroyed the radar, the HQ is again at 100%.
But the concept if resupplying is great.
