i was 1 week absent playing AH and how come when i play AH for 15 min now, i looose interest and go back to desktop?

I think if they tried a map where all the fields were a ittle closer together we might have an early war friendly map and break the 'all late war all the time' cycle a little.   Give the slow turny guys at least one map to fly.

That Lazs land map is all wrong.

No need for bomber hangars, Fuel tanks, Ammo, Barracks...hell, all you need is 1 FH for each side, and it better be indestructible!

Lazs, why don't you just make the famous "Make the fields closer together!" part of your sig? It'll save you plenty of time typing it over and over again.

I thought I was the only one.  I log on, look at map... scann hotspots... see who's on... then log.

Of course my semi-busted joystick doesnt help - but for some reason Ive lost motivation to fly as of late.

Luvin the numbers and luvin the base separation.  You don't get the same boring low level fur balls when the fields are close together.  I'm actually getting some high alt battles where other planes handle better.  I'm seeing different tactics as well.  With the large numbers you always get into a fight.

As for what's happning to you... jump in a 262 when the numbers are high and planes will fall.

muck... for a maw... you actually have a point..  recreation is a good cure for lifes uncertainies and depression.   Certainly, having the fields about 20% closer on one map so that it was a little more early war/good turner friendly would not harm anyone... truth is, as you have pointed out, the excitement (maws can look "excitement" up) would be good for what ails ya.

so yes... having the fields a little closer would be akin to a wonder drug.

even laughing boy might enjoy himself.   Really guys... it's ok to have fun in a game.

I've been in that state for over a year.  The only thing that cures it is scenarios.

Seriously, I left when the arena turned sullen and hostile, coming back for this re-eval has shown me nice improvements in the game, and a turn for the worse in the community.

I just read a thread that basically bashed AW'rs, which is like slapping your own grandma, and was shocked by the inference.

This is about air combat, mano a mano

Turning the arena into a debate club, or a hatemail exchange, or unsupervised Romperroom, just means that there's not enough air combat going on, <'cuz if ya gots time ta type, ya must not be inna fight>

I won't say get along, it's not really required, but DO let go of the common Ch,  I daresay if HT removed it, that could be counted as a game improvement.

The only thing I liked about the air combat experience in WW2OL was that you can't talk to the other side, God you have no idea how big of an improvement that is.
