In a New York Court jury selection began in the case of Jane Doe vs John Smith.  Mr Smith's legal council, defending the accused against a charge of sexual misconduct and harrassment, was quoted as saying Juror 142..you are excused. :p

Curval: In a New York Court jury selection began in the case of Jane Doe vs John Smith.  Mr Smith's legal council, defending the accused against a charge of sexual misconduct and harrassment...

Quote
...a jury for a federal attempted murder case...
...Foster is charged with attempted murder in an alleged gang shooting...

???

Oh, btw: ""To have Juror 142 here, with Secret Service protection is to, it seems to me, undermine our efforts to keep the case focused quietly on the evidence," the Times cited Buchwald as saying."
