Shall I put up a link to Mein Kampf, Blitz?

Whats your point?? The CIA supported the Mujahedeen (who were all opium growers) against the Soviets?? Big freakin deal.. like this is NEWS or something?

How 'bout I give yah a freebie.. The CIA sponsored Laoatian Generals and Warlords in Vietnam.

Catch a clue.. we don't care.
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

Gee haven't we heard a comment like that come out of Germany before?

Thanks but I think WE can be the best judge of what threatens US.

Of course we have to threaten and invade a weak country with no friends but a lot of treasure. What would you want, that America took on someone who could actually kick our ass? What kind of a patriot are you?

Yea - 5 million of iraki sunnis that barelly suppress 15 million of kurds and shi'ites are really comparable with a 60-million heavily industrialised advanced country with strong military tradition....

Good thing americans killed that million phillipinos in 1898-1903. Who knows what those potential aggressors would have done...

There is a reason it is now said that America is the only superpower now.

Palistine hoped for and abbeted the destruciton of Isreal in 1967(and every day before and since) haveing bet with hate they pay the price of lack of trust. This woman apperently hopes that Isreal will turn the other cheek an leave themselves vulnerable to thier avowed enemies once again.
But unfortunatly for the peave process. Isreal treats her enemies like enemies. Any american that endorses the comming war in Iraq
has to admit that the "risk" to the US is much less then the the daily risk to the Isreal. And seeing the US response to that risk in Iraq. Put in simular risk to that that the isrealies face. Most contries would simply whip out the Palastinians. Right? Wrong?
Let the histories decide. Most countries in the world would whipe out the Palastinians if they faced them like the Isrealies do.
We ask them to embrace them again..to expose thier backs agian. This woman cant rewrite the history of the state of Isreal. She can only be selective in what portions of it she tells.

So are we in the business of fighting for other peoples freedom?... I think that's a job for Iraqi boys-

I don't want anything to do with freeing Iraq or any other country ... we fought our own war on our soil for that about 200 years back.

One thing I always like to remind myself of when reading about Terrorists:
Nazi's called the french resistance terrorists. Viva la France~!
                                                                       Viva la Palestine?

Somehow I don't think many americans see it that way. Maybe if we all yell Viva la Palestine loud enf it will make sense?

I still remember talking with my sister after she visted the west bank, she was horrified at how the Israelies treated them-That opinion I trust more than any paper I'll ever read or speach I'll hear.

In the end you can't base your pro-war/anti-war ideas on what you think you know .. you know nothing , I know nothing.... but knowing that, I know something.

Words are just aproxamations, generalized by nesscity ... don't get caught up in words. I find too many people thinking in words.  Complex thing to talk about but I think it really effects the way people think and mis-think (IMHO).  Tell me if you understand me, even if you don't agree.

:Not the same subject on words as above::
Words are why people want war.  If they knew the word war would they be so ready to START one?  How long did you know the word love before you knew love?

So genocide ... like Nazi's did to the Jew's or Euro-Americans did to 'indians'....... so long as you don't claim the moral high ground like the US is tryign to do ... just admit genocide if that's what your after....    and you wonder why us anti-war people think you pro-war'ers are so insane?  Or is it misled? ( Yes, we think pro-war folks are insane just as much as you think we are crazy crack head, tree-huggers)

And yes I love my trees :D.... imagine Vermont without trees ... we cut them ALL down once... ALL! more or less.  I like it better now than pictures I've seen.

Yeah great blame the US for problems in Afghanistan.

The only reason for the US ever being in Afghanistan is that the USSR invaded a sovereign country without cause in a blatant war of conquest.

So if you want to blame somebody for problems in Afghanistan, blame the Russian communists.

But of course you are obviously in the grip of communist propaganda, so that will probably never happen.

It's amazing how much power the communist propaganda machine continues to wield, more than a decade after the demise of the USSR.

Sure they are but who gives a damn about it?

It's just another propaganda lie to justify a war.

This war will be fought for many reasons: Oil controll, paranoija,
some kind of word control by 1 nation maybe.

Sure it's  possible iraq people benefit from this war in long terms but this isn't the reason Bush warmongers are goin to fight Iraq.
