I've been impressed at the turnout...I stuck around for an hour or so...one moment we'd have 3 guys, next, 10, then it would die down, then pick up again.

Swoop had a good idea, I've made him a moderator and hope others get to go in, hang out, and check it out. I suspect it'll get more usage during working hours, when you can log on and fly!

Just log in with the name you want and some password. Then choose a nick and room to enter. Just tested that and it worked.

Glad you found your way there.

I set the server up so people didn't have to register, trying to keep it simple.

Also, the IRC.CHECKSIX.NET address works, had to adjust my DNS servers..sorry about that hassle.

If you log on and you see that you are still Guestxx, you can change your nick by typing "/nick [name-you-want]"...the server acknowledges IRC commands.

Dont know which way I prefer it...via the web/java or through a IRC Client like mIRC. Web does seem to be more fun tho.
