Dunno which Ausführung, you can`t see the wheels in the pic - from the gun I`d judge it to be earlier than Ausf. F

Pzkfw III Ausf.H with modifications for drive under water.
Few were made for operation "Seelion" but IIRC they were never used for that task ;)

btw it looks like that one is also a command-tank variant with additional radio equipments which would make it a Befehlswagen III Ausf. H.

I knew I should take my books with me this morning when heading to work :D

Please, be consistent. Either give the operation name entirely in English, 'Sea Lion', or entirely in German, 'Seelöwe', but not as a bastard combination of the two languages; it makes you look subliterate.
